Job Responsibilities
Enter customer, order, invoice and CRM data accurately into company systems
Verify and cross-check documents before entry
Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets and internal records
Handle basic reconciliation and reporting on data quality
Escalate errors, missing information or system issues to your team lead
Follow GDPR, data-security and workflow SOPs
Support back-office teams during high-volume peaks
Prepare simple periodic Excel / CRM reports
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Education: Basic education required (Diploma or Bachelor’s in any field preferred)
Fast, accurate typing speed (40+ WPM)
Basic PC skills — MS Excel, Outlook, CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce helpful)
Good written communication in English
Attention to detail and consistent accuracy
Ability to work in a target-driven back-office environment
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / Blue Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40 hours per week (Monday–Friday for most SSC roles)
Rotational shifts on 24×7 lines with premium pay for night / weekend work
Overtime paid as per the Czech Labour Code
Paid annual leave (20 days) + public holidays
