Job Responsibilities
Load and secure parcels or groceries at the depot / dark store
Plan the daily route using the carrier’s GPS / app
Drive safely across the assigned city or inter-city zone
Deliver, collect signatures and handle failed-delivery reattempts
Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks and log any defects
Process COD payments and card taps at the doorstep
Follow load-securing, driver-fatigue and speed rules
Handle end-of-shift cash-up, POD upload and vehicle wash-down
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 21 years (up to Category B) / 23 years (Category C)
Education: Basic education required + valid driver’s licence
Valid Czech / EU driver’s licence (Category B for vans up to 3.5 t; C for larger)
Clean driving record
Good route sense and comfortable with mobile GPS apps
Physically able to lift 20–25 kg parcels safely
Basic Czech, English or Slovak language
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / Blue Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40–45 hours per week on a rotational roster
6-day rosters common in last-mile parcel and food-delivery routes
Overtime and Sunday / public-holiday premium as per the Czech Labour Code
Paid annual leave (20 days) + public holidays
