Job Responsibilities
Assist nurses with patient positioning, transfers and mobility
Clean and disinfect wards, corridors, restrooms and operating theatres
Deliver linen, meals and consumables to wards on schedule
Support central-sterile services with instrument prep and packing
Front-desk registration, appointment scheduling and phone triage
Manage patient records, ID checks and insurance verification
Follow infection-control, PPE and biohazard-waste rules
Support the ward and clinical team during peak periods
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Education: Basic education required (Sanitář / Healthcare Support certificate preferred)
Previous hospital, care-home or clinic experience preferred
Compassionate, patient and respectful of privacy
Physically fit for standing, lifting and transferring patients
Comfortable with rotational, night and weekend shifts
Basic Czech language is highly recommended for hospital roles
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / Blue Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40 hours per week on a rotational shift roster (12-hour shifts common)
Night, weekend and public-holiday shifts paid at premium rates
Overtime as per the Czech Labour Code
Paid annual leave (20 days) + public holidays
