Job Responsibilities
Sort soiled linen by fabric, colour and soil level
Load / unload washing extractors and tunnel washers per SOP
Operate driers, calenders (flatwork) and folding machines
Iron / press linen and garments to hotel or hospital standard
Fold, count and pack finished linen to par-stock levels
Handle stain removal, defect flagging and rewash queues
Follow chemical, PPE and hot-surface safety rules
Support the dispatch team with cart loading and delivery notes
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Education: Basic education required
Physically fit for standing, hot-and-humid environments
Comfortable with rotational, night and weekend shifts
Attention to detail with fabric care and stain control
Basic PC / scanner skills for RFID linen tracking
Basic Czech, English or Slovak language
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40 hours per week on a rotational shift roster
Overtime and Sunday / public-holiday premium as per the Czech Labour Code
Rest breaks and paid annual leave (20 days) as per Czech law
Live-out roles common; some hostel-style dorm housing offered in industrial laundries
