Job Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces — scrape, sand, fill, prime and mask
Apply paint by brush, roller or spray gun per specification
Mix paints, thinners and additives to correct ratios
Follow colour cards, finish sheens and drying schedules
Work safely at height on scaffolding and elevated platforms
Clean equipment and dispose of waste per site rules
Follow site safety, PPE and hazardous-material handling rules
Support the finishing team during handover and snag-list closure
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Education: Basic education required (Vocational / ITI in painting preferred)
Previous painting or decorating experience (1+ year preferred)
Good hand-eye coordination and steady finish quality
Ability to work at height on scaffolding safely
Physically fit for standing, bending and lifting
Basic Czech, English or Slovak language
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / Blue Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40 hours per week + overtime
Site hours typically 06:00–15:00 or 07:00–16:00
Overtime and Sunday / public-holiday premium as per the Czech Labour Code
Paid annual leave (20 days) + public holidays
