Job Responsibilities
Greet, register and assist visitors, guests or patients at the front desk
Handle incoming phone calls, transfers and general enquiries
Process hotel check-in / check-out or corporate visitor registration
Maintain the visitor log, ID scans and access-card issue
Coordinate meeting-room bookings and courier / mail dispatch
Handle basic cashier duties, invoicing and card payments (hotel / clinic)
Support the reservations, HR or clinic-scheduling team when needed
Follow front-desk SOPs, GDPR and workplace-safety rules
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Age: 18 years
Education: Basic education required (Diploma in Hospitality / Business preferred)
Previous receptionist, front-desk or hotel-guest-service experience preferred
Good communication skills in English (Czech / German is a plus)
Basic PC skills — Word, Excel, Outlook, PMS (Opera, Fidelio) helpful
Well-groomed, punctual and customer-service oriented
Physically able to sit / stand at reception for a full shift
Eligibility to work in Czechia (Employee Card / Blue Card / EU passport)
Working Hours
40 hours per week (5 days a week is typical)
Day and rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays for hotel roles
Corporate front-desk roles usually operate 08:00–18:00 weekdays only
Overtime and Sunday / public-holiday premium as per the Czech Labour Code
